Pork steak w/ oyster sauce

I can truly consume 3 cups of rice because of this dish:D HAHA
Ingredients:
- 3.51 lbs of pork chop or pork shoulder butt
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 5 tspn lime or lemon
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 tspn oyster sauce (optional)
- marinate pork chop or pork shoulder but with soy sauce and lime or lemon in a large bowl.
- marinate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour
- heat a pan with cooking oil
- fry the marinated pork in medium heat until golden brown and the meat is tender.
- when done frying add hot water, sugar, oyster sauce, and pork. Simmer for at least 5 to 7 minutes wait until the sauce is sticky.
- put the onions cooked for about 2 minutes
- transfer now to a serving plate
- Serve with plain rice

My boyfriend made his never-fail leche flan. SO DELICIOUS INDEED! He actually serve this dessert one of his cousin's house and I just beg him for the recipe HAHA
Ingredients:
- 7 egg yolks
- 5 eggs with white
- 1 big can of evap milk/any milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 tspn vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- add 1 small can of nestle cream (optional)
- caramelize sugar in the sauce pan until dissolve to light brown (don't burn)
- pour the caramelize sugar in prepared molds, spread immediately!
- SET ASIDE
- prepare the other ingredients
- add all the ingredients in blender (7 egg yolks, 5 eggs w/ white, evap, condensed, vanilla)
- NOW BLEND! mix lightly!
- now pour into serving molds
- cover each mold with foil and place in the pan with hot water
- bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until top is firm
- let cool and chill overnight before serving!

Beef Caldereta
Ingredients:
- 2lbs beef cube
- 3 garlic gloves crushed and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce +1 tspn soy sauce
- 1 cup red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup liver spread
- 1tspn crushed chili
- 3 large bay leaves
- 2 cups potatoes sliced
- 2 carrts sliced 1 cuo cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- you can add pineapple chunks if you want ( I LIKE THE SWEETNESS )
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, optional if you want it sweet :)
- Heat cooking oil in the pan and fry the carrots and potatoes until color light brown
- remove the fried carrots and potatoes from the pan then set aside
- In the same frying pan, saute the onions followed the garlic
- add now the beef let simmer for 5 mins
- add water and the soy sauce and let it boil until tender for 1 hour or more
- add the tomato sauce and liver spread let simmer for 5 mins
- now you can add the carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, pine apple chunks and crushed chili
- add salt and pepper to taste
- serve hot with plane rice
